If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note the following conditions:

  • Items eligible for return: Most products purchased through our website can be returned unless they are marked as final sale, clearance, or are customized products.
  • Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued for items that meet our return conditions. Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected, and we will notify you via email whether your return is approved or rejected.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Partial Refunds: We reserve the right to issue a partial refund if the returned items show signs of use or damage.

3. Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product. If the item is eligible for return and is in new condition, we will issue a refund as per the conditions above.

4. Non-Returnable Items

6. Shipping Fees

  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
